I've spent 14 years building things at the intersection of engineering and product. Started as a software engineer at Yandex, ended up running their analytics products — Metrica, AppMetrica, and helped launch ClickHouse as open source. Somewhere along the way I ran mobile development for Yandex's main apps, then became CTO and CPO of their quick-commerce business.
Now I lead AI at T-Bank — research, LLMs, computer vision, speech, recommendations, the whole stack. We built Gen-T, our family of large language models. The AI work my team does generates over $100M in annual business impact.
At heart I'm a tech enthusiast and an innovator — grounded and practical about what works today, but always thinking about what's next. I care about how AI changes the way we build products, how organizations scale, and what happens when the technology is actually good enough to matter. I talk about this stuff publicly and write about it on my channel.
